How to make a booking

If you wish to make a booking I will need from you the following information, a deposit is required from new clients or anyone who has not had a booking with me for a while. Further information can be found in the section for New Clients underneath;

I also require the same information if you wish to go on my cancellation wait list.
I require a deposit to secure all first time bookings paid by Amazon Gift Card, or bank transfer account details available once a booking is agreed. Amazon cards can be bought online, or from high street shops. Deposits for in-person and payment for webcam bookings are non-transferable should you cancel or make significant changes.
If I have reason to cancel you will be offered the choice between a refund using the same method, transfer to a different date, or the same value of online services provided using my private online services (Skype, WhatsApp, phone chat or SMS text). Should you show signs and symptoms of Covid-19, had close contact with a Covid-19 positive person, have been told to self-isolate or have a cold I reserve the right to cancel without refund.
Please allow enough time for the bank transfer to reach me some smaller banks and international accounts incorporate delays, a late payment can only be used against a future booking.

I reply to all emails within 24 hours, sometimes my email provider directs new contacts to junk mail. If you do not receive a response within this time try again or telephone me directly. Please be aware I am unable to provide back and forth messaging conversations, I have an active life and am not interested in chatting all day.
Please feel free to telephone anytime between the hours of 6.30am – 10pm, if it is inconvenient for me to speak my voicemail greeting will advise a better time to call. I never use my phone during a booking, so we will not be distracted during our time together. Withheld number calls are always rejected by my handset, and I do not accept payphones as a method of contact. All advance bookings require on the day confirmation before 9am by telephone call, or if we have already spoken SMS text message.
Regular & established clients are able to book by text message, all you need do is pop the usual details into the message and I’ll respond as soon as possible.
Advance bookings are preferred some same day appointments may be available, at a minimum 2 hours notice providing you supply all the information described above.
